John Daly

2026 Recipient

John Daly served as the Ambassador of Golf for 2026. This title recognizes individuals who have made a lasting impact on the game and its charitable initiatives, aligning with Kaulig Golf’s mission of using the platform of golf to give back. Through Dalys organization, Heart of a Lion, he uses the game to generate funds for children, military families, and local food banks, along with attend various charitable golf outings to raise money for various causes.

Darius Rucker

2025 Recipient

Darius Rucker served as the 2025 Ambassador of Golf for his contributions to the community through the game of golf. Rucker has been a passionate golf fan for years, playing the game almost daily, even while touring. He has been able to remain connected to the sport through professional partnerships, charity tournaments, collegiate events, and more. The event raised over $1 million in 2025, which goes back to Northern Ohio Golf Charities, supporting non-profits and charities in Northeast Ohio. Over the years, Rucker has raised a combined total of $6.2 million for charities through his golf-related events, while generating hundreds of millions through other sports-related events he hosts. A few of the most significant contributions he has made to the game of golf come from his help establishing the Darius Rucker Intercollegiate, a 3-day tournament for NCAA Women’s collegiate golf, along with hosting the Hootie at Bulls Bay Intercollegiate, an NCAA men’s collegiate golf tournament. He has made significant contributions to the community through the game of golf and hopes to continue these efforts for years to come.

Peyton Manning

2024 Recipient

Peyton Manning was recognized as the 2024 Ambassador of Golf event for his contribution to the community through the game of golf. Manning has invested in golf in various ways, including co-owning the Sweetens Cove Golf Club, known for hosting charitable golf events, and investing in Good Good Golf, which helps expand golf viewership among a new generation. Through these efforts, Manning is trying to make the game of golf more accessible to all and has been able to generate over $30 million for various charitable causes. The 2024 Ambassador of Golf event raised over $1.3 million for local charities in Northern Ohio.

Steph Curry

2023 Recipient

Steph Curry was recognized as the 2023 Ambassador of Golf event for his contribution to the community through the game of golf. Curry founded Underrrated Golf, which provides access and scholarships for minority youth, along with funding Howard University’s golf program and mentoring kids in the PGA Jr. League. He has raised millions of dollars for the game, and his efforts help to continue the progression of the game for all. The 2023 Ambassador of Golf event generated over $1.2 million for local charities.
